About our deliveries

We will do our best to handle your orders quickly and efficiently; and should be with you within 3 business days, however during peak trading and launches please expect up to 7-10 business days, and slightly more for international.

*Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

RETURNS

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Deliveries are returned at your own cost.

Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. 

For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. 

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.

Please note we do not accept returns in person, only via An Post / your preferred courier.

*Socks/Hats are non-refundable. 

**Any product with hygiene seal cannot be returned if the seal is removed.

HOW TO RETURN:

If you purchased in Ireland, and you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.
