This is a discussion that goes on forever, but in short here is what we think at circle edge athleisure π
Truth is, both play a massive role in our lives today β but which one do you think makes the bigger difference to you or which one should you focus on?
Food sets the foundation β it fuels your body, supports recovery, and directly affects your energy and health. Exercise builds strength, improves fitness, boosts mood, and helps you use that fuel effectively.
If you *only* eat well but never move, your body misses out on strength, mobility, and endurance. If you *only* exercise but donβt fuel right, your progress stalls and health suffers.
βοΈ The truth? **Food is the base, exercise is the amplifier.** Together, theyβre the winning formula.
